About the Journal
Jurnal Sains dan Aplikasi Keilmuan Teknik Industri (SAKTI) (p-ISSN: 2829-8519 | e-ISSN: 2829-8748) is the official publication of the Industrial Engineering Universitas Ma Chung. Its logo features water, a gear-shaped sun, and nature, with water symbolizing adaptability and a source of life, the sun representing hope, and nature representing the natural world and its living beings. SAKTI was created as a medium for promoting ethical research practices in the fields of industrial engineering and engineering management, which are continuously evolving and adaptable, in order to benefit all living beings, particularly in Indonesia. With SAKTI, we can explore, develop, and elucidate the knowledge of industrial engineering and engineering management, in order to keep practitioners and researchers up-to-date on current issues and best practices, and to provide a platform for sharing ideas, knowledge, and expertise between researchers and practitioners..
SAKTI is a freely accessible journal that is published twice a year, in the months of June and December. All of the content within SAKTI is available to readers without any cost or fees. As such, users have the ability to access, download, copy, distribute, print, search, and link to the full articles without requiring any prior consent from the author or the publisher. This allows for greater accessibility to the latest research and developments in the fields of industrial engineering and engineering management.
SAKTI accepts manuscripts related to the study of theoretical concepts or practical applications of engineering management and industrial engineering technologies from various industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, education, and others. Additionally, literature reviews on specific theories or areas of inquiry are also welcome. SAKTI encourages contributions on topics below, which are currently being analyzed and researched in the field.

SAKTI utilizes various indexing systems such as Google Scholar, Garuda and a member of CrossRef. However, the journal is open to the possibility of being included in other indexing systems to increase its visibility to the wider public. Additionally, all submitted manuscripts undergo a thorough plagiarism check using Turnitin to ensure originality and quality of the content.
Before Submission
To ensure a smooth submission process, authors must carefully follow author guidelines and use the provided manuscript template. The template has specific requirements that must be met in order to be considered for publication. Additionally, authors are strongly encouraged to carefully proofread their manuscripts for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors prior to submission. Failure to comply with the template's guidelines may result in the manuscript being returned to the author for corrections.
